‘A hell of a horse ride’
Experimental (birthday) dinner party. Starting with desert: A hell of a horseride’ crunchy date, cashew coco mousse and labneh cream. Carrot gallete with farmers cheeses.

For this event a lot of improvising was needed. Which is my natural habitat. I invited my close friends and family together to celebrate life, to introduce them to my beloved traditions (dining together and tarot) without any expectations or obligations. The table was set with gemstones and for everyone a special customized (napkin) ring.
